Because balloons are time-sensitive and cannot be restocked or reused, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared, delivered, or installed.
Order Changes
Changes must be requested at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or event date. We will do our best to accommodate adjustments, but changes are not guaranteed.
