It is the client’s responsibility to ensure:
The delivery location is accessible at the agreed time.
Someone is present to receive the order.
The setup area is clean and ready.
We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided at booking.
Balloon Care Disclaimer
Balloons are delicate and can be affected by:
Heat, cold, wind, and direct sunlight
Sharp objects or rough surfaces
Handling after delivery
Once the setup is accepted, we cannot guarantee balloon longevity.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please notify us immediately so we can make reasonable corrections onsite when possible.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Each balloon arrangement and décor installation is made specifically for your event using personalized colors, themes, and designs. Because balloons are time-sensitive and cannot be restocked or reused, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared, delivered, or installed.
Order Changes
Changes must be requested at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or event date. We will do our best to accommodate adjustments, but changes are not guaranteed.
Please order a week a head. Please specify the exact color you would like. example navy blue, or royal bue. Baby pink or regular pink.
