Balloon Column
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Each balloon arrangement and décor installation is made specifically for your event using personalized colors, themes, and designs. Because balloons are time-sensitive and cannot be restocked or reused, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared, delivered, or installed.
Order Changes
Changes must be requested at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or event date. We will do our best to accommodate adjustments, but changes are not guaranteed.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 5 days or more before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking (valid for 6 months). Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are nonrefundable due to preparation and material costs.
To ensure your balloons stay beautiful for as long as possible, please follow these care guidelines:
Temperature Matters
Keep balloons in a cool, indoor environment when possible. Avoid extreme heat or cold — balloons can expand, shrink, or pop due to temperature changes.
Do not leave balloons in a hot car or direct sunlight.
☀ Avoid Direct Sunlight
Sun exposure can cause balloons to fade, oxidize (become cloudy), or burst.
For outdoor events, we recommend shaded areas whenever possible.
Wind & Weather
Wind can cause balloons to tangle, rub, or pop against rough surfaces.
We are not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions after setup.
Handle With Care
Balloons are delicate — avoid pulling, squeezing, or moving them unnecessarily.
Keep away from sharp objects, rough walls, grass, or textured surfaces.
Keep Away From Pets & Children
Pets and small children may accidentally damage balloons. Adult supervision is recommended around balloon décor.
Expected Float Time
Latex balloons typically last 8–24 hours depending on environment. Foil balloons can last several days to weeks.
Organic garlands and installations are designed for same-day events.
Do Not Release Balloons Outdoors
For safety and environmental reasons, please dispose of balloons properly after use.
